New PR Deadlift/ Workout today

New personal record deadlift- 315/2 reps

Today im hitting shoulders and biceps

- Shoulders
Push Press- 4 sets, 6-8 reps, 115 lbs
High pulls - 3 sets, 5-6 reps, 135 lbs
Hang cleans - 3 sets, 8 reps, 115 lbs
Behind the neck overhead press- 3 sets, 12-15 reps, 75 lbs

I'll be using a standard olympic size barbell for all of the shoulder lifts.

-Biceps
E-Z bar curls- 3 sets, 8-10 reps
Incline dumbell curl- 3 sets, 8-10 reps
Hammer curl- 3 sets, 6-8 reps

I'll be using the Fat Gripz on all bicep exercises.
