New training starting today!

We started a new training program today. It is called the Muscle and Fitness do it all program. I have abandoned my power lifting training for the time being. I want to improve my overall strength and muscular endurance, as well as do some more research on power lifting before i take it up again. The M&F do it all program is a four day a week program that is broken down as follows: day 1 is chest and back, day 2 legs, calves, and abs, day 3 shoulders and traps, and day 4 is triceps, biceps, and abs. The program is designed to be able to hit all the important areas of bodybuilding training in one workout. Included in this is flexibility training, power training, strength training, size/growth training, and muscular endurance training. Each workout starts with some dynamic stretching for the body parts being worked that day then moves on to a few sets of a power move, followed by growth rep and weight ranges, and finished off by a few sets of significant amount of reps for some endurance training. The workout is pretty difficult if you do it right and use the right weight/reps/sets/rest periods. I will be posting my workouts daily.
