Bench press 3 sets of 6,5,6 with 205 lbs and 3 min rest
dumbbell incline press 3 sets 10 & 8 reps at 60 lbs & 10 reps at 50 lbs 90 sec rest
dumbbell fly 3 sets of 12 lbs with 40 lbs and 1 min rest
bench press 2 sets of 50 using 95 lbs for 50 and 75 lbs for 50 with 30 sec rest
dumbbell power row 2 sets of 8 with 45 lbs and 2 min rest
db/barbell bent over row 3 sets of 6 with 75 lb db and 185 lb bar with 3 min rest
pull up 3 sets of 8 reps with 90 sec rest
dumbbell row 3 sets of 12 using 50lb db for 2 sets and 60 lb db for 1 sets 1 min rest
cable row 2 sets of 50 90 lbs for 1st set and 70 lbs for 2nd set 30 sec rest
this workout was very difficult, especially after doing heavy weight up front and hitting the 100 reps last
