Today was the start of powerlifting training. Deadlift bench and squat m w f.
Deadlift 220 6 sets / 6 reps
bench 145 7/7
squat 160 8/8
week one will be 58% of 1 rep max
I will mix up the sets and reps staying between 5-8 on both.
Also using multiple grips on bench and deadlift and various stances on squat
