Today was legs and core, i mixed it up by doing some tough circuits instead of the M&F workout to keep from not being able to walk the next day.
circuit 1 - 30 sec per exercise, 3x, wearing 20# vest
slosh pipe lunges 5' and about 35#

box jumps truck tailgate
rope slams
slosh pipe lunges
circuit 2 - 10 reps per exercise, 3x
squats body weight
cyclones to left 36# sandbag
ball slams 15# ball
cyclones to right
broad jumps
romanian deadlift 3/5 185#
db lunges 3/5 45# db with gripz
ball squats 2/10
