circuit training 3/5/10

each exercise is done 5 or 10 times and then on to the next exercise, repeat this circuit 5 times, resting 1-2 minutes after each circuit.

20 lb vest

50 lb 1 arm snatch - 5 each arm
jumping pull ups - 10
ring push ups - 10
81 lb sandbag clean and press - 5
slosh pipe thrusters – 10



each exercise is done for reps or time, repeat 3x, rest 1-2 min between circuits

20 lb vest

rope slams - 15 seconds
ring dips - 5
36 lb sandbag halos - 5 each side
hurdles - 5
36 lb sandbag burpees - 5
