DB inc bench 3x5 75
Dip 4x5 body+45
Deadlift 3x5 225
DB Row 2x5 75
pull up 2x max

circuits with 20# vest

circuit 1
sandbag power clean 62#
jump rope
rope slams
push up
tailgate

circuit 2
sandbag burpee 62#
ball thrusters
ab wheel
rope
slosh pipe lunge

each exercise 20 sec. rest one minute and do next circuit, done for a total of 4 circuits (circuit 1, rest, circuit 2, rest and repeat)
