Ok, so I am going to be following the strength shop lean strength workout and eating plan. This will start on Monday, April 5th and last through the end of the month, approximately 4 weeks. The goal is to get as lean as possible while maintaining strength. A few guidelines for eating:
DON'T EAT: food made with refined flour or corn, high fructose corn syrup, trans fat, sweeteners, commercial pasteurized dairy, commercial meat and fish, sport drinks or energy drinks, processed foods, or protein bars or energy bars.
DO EAT: multiple colors of food, quality protein, fat, and carbs with every meal, whole foods.
PROTEIN: grass fed beef, chicken, turkey, fish, eggs
FAT: olive oil, coconut oil, avocados, nuts, seeds
CARBS: green leafy vegetables, berries, multiple fruits and vegetables
