Today's Workout - 4/6/10

Bench press 5x5 w/ 185

5 min, as many reps as possible
1 arm snatch with 35lb DB w/ gripz (got 70 reps)

as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes (got through 5)
double DB swings, 25# w/ gripz, 12 reps
decline bench situps, 12 reps
ball slams, 12 reps

yes I know I have a weak bench, working on it (do more push ups), the rest was pretty hard
