Today's Workout - 4/7/10

1.  Power snatch 2x10 25lb bar
2.  Deadlift 4x4  275,  5x1 315
3.  Tabata 20 sec on, 10 sec off, 8x each
     box jump
     handstand
     jumping lunges
     battling ropes
