Top Guns Fitness Workout 4/17/10

bench press/db Inc press
2 min rest
squat/db lunge
2 min rest
deadlift/db row
2 min rest
push press/db power shrug

3x10 supersets no rest, 135 for barbell exercises and 50 on db exercises

jog w/ 20# vest
heavy bag with vest

really difficult workout !
