workout at the track

4 hurdles and box jump w/ 10 double unders and 20# vest   x  3
battling ropes, 4 rounds, 10 sec on 10 sec off,  x  2
50 yd sprints with parachute  x  4
100 yd 15lb med ball throw and sprint for time  x  1
20 yd shuttle for 100 yds w/ 20# vest for time   x   1
