Have fun reviving yourself when your done.

Barbell snatch- 5x5

(Perform the following as a circuit, 5 rounds, 2 minutes rest between rounds)

Treadmill- 10% incline, 10 mph, 20 seconds

Overhead squat- 5

Thick Bar barbell curl- 10

81 lb sandbag clean+press- 10

81 lb sandbag lunge- 10 (put the sandbag on one shoulder and do 5 reps, then switch it to the other shoulder and do 5 reps..... Great for your core)

81 lb zercher squat- 10 (if you dont know what that is, look it up)

Dumbbell Triceps Ext- 10

40 yard sprint

Sledge hammer- 10

40 yard sprint
